It gets checked
Scanned and photographed at intake, with measurements and recorded contents attached to the parcel record. A problem surfaces on arrival, not at your customer.
FOR MERCHANTS · NO STOCK REQUIRED
Supplier parcel forwarding is how you fulfil a SKU you have not stocked. You buy from your own supplier and have them deliver to your WooliiPorter warehouse address in China; we receive, record, consolidate and forward it to your customer. No inventory commitment, no minimum order quantity, and the supplier relationship stays yours.
COMMON MISREADING
"Forwarding" sometimes gets read as the supplier posting straight to your customer. That is not this. The parcel comes to your China warehouse address first, and everything below is only possible because it does.
Scanned and photographed at intake, with measurements and recorded contents attached to the parcel record. A problem surfaces on arrival, not at your customer.
Parcels from several suppliers can travel as one shipment; one oversized parcel can be split across several. Your customer gets one delivery, not four.
The packed parcel is quoted from real dimensions and weight, so the price reflects what is actually shipping.
China-leg events and the international carrier merge into a single tracking record you and your customer can follow.
THE SEQUENCE
The line has no stock at the warehouse, so it routes to forwarding automatically.
Your supplier, your price, paid directly by you. Use your WooliiPorter warehouse address as the delivery address.
Add the domestic tracking reference and allocate quantities per product. The forwarding order is created once allocations cover the line.
Scan, photos, measurements and contents attached to the parcel record; exceptions flagged at intake.
Consolidate, hold, split or request value-added work such as relabelling or repacking.
Packed quote from the live rate table for your approval, then one merged timeline through to delivery.
WHEN TO SWITCH
Each forwarded order waits on a supplier shipment reaching the warehouse. Once a SKU sells predictably, holding stock removes that wait — and you can stock that one SKU without changing anything else about how the store runs.
See how stocked fulfillment worksStays on forwarding — long-tail SKUs, seasonal items, anything still being tested
Stays on forwarding — heavy or bulky goods where storage would cost more than it saves
Worth stocking — steady repeat sellers where the supplier leg is the slow part
Worth stocking — SKUs you bundle or relabel the same way every time
Either way — the decision is per SKU, and reversible
FIELD NOTES / FAQ
No. Your supplier ships to your WooliiPorter warehouse address inside China. The parcel is received there, scanned, photographed, measured and matched to the order before anything goes abroad. That intermediate stop is what makes consolidation, inspection and a measured quote possible.
Routing is decided per order line, so these are not either/or choices — they are two paths the same order can take.
GETTING STARTED
Supplier locations, destinations and how often parcels arrive matter more than raw volume. You can open an account and try a single order before committing anything.
