FOR MERCHANTS · OPTIONAL, PER SKU

Stock the SKUs that have earned it. Keep owning them.

China inventory fulfillment holds merchant-owned stock at the warehouse so an order can be picked, packed and dispatched without waiting on a supplier shipment. It is optional, decided per SKU, and the goods stay yours the whole time — inventory and billing are both computed from the same immutable stock-movement ledger.

WHAT CHANGES

One thing gets removed: the wait

01

No supplier leg per order

The order reserves stock already at the warehouse instead of waiting for a supplier to ship in.

02

One-piece dispatch

Single units are picked and packed as normal orders, not batched into a bulk shipment.

03

Prep done once

Relabelling, FNSKU labels, polybagging or bundling can be applied on intake instead of per order.

04

Ledger-backed counts

Every movement is written to one ledger, and both your inventory view and your statement are computed from it.

GETTING STOCK IN

Register, pre-alert, receive, sell

  1. 01

    Register the SKU

Create the SKU so orders and inventory can reference the same identity. Store products and variations map to it.

  2. 02

    Pre-alert the inbound shipment

Tell the warehouse what is coming and in what quantity, so arrivals are received against an expectation rather than guessed at.

  3. 03

    We receive against the pre-alert

Counts, condition and any discrepancy are recorded on receipt, and the ledger is written.

  4. 04

    Stock becomes sellable

Orders for that SKU now reserve inventory and raise a warehouse fulfillment order automatically.

  5. 05

    Statements follow the ledger

Storage and handling are itemised monthly, computed from the same movements you can see.

HONEST LIMITS

Stocking is a cost as well as a speed-up.

Inventory ties up cash and adds storage charges, and a SKU that stops selling still occupies space. That is why nothing here forces it: routing checks stock per line, so an unstocked line simply uses supplier forwarding instead.

See the no-stock path

You keep ownership of the goods at all times

Storage is itemised separately, never folded into a shipping charge

Stock can be withdrawn or transferred, and each movement is recorded

Damage and quarantine bins are separate from sellable stock

Cycle counts reconcile physical stock against the ledger

FIELD NOTES / FAQ

China inventory fulfillment questions

You do. Stocking never transfers ownership. WooliiPorter stores and handles merchant-owned inventory; it does not buy your goods and does not take title to them.

Most stores end up using both models.

Routing is decided per order line, so these are not either/or choices — they are two paths the same order can take.

GETTING STARTED

Stock nothing on day one.

Open the account, run a few forwarded orders, and stock a SKU only once you can see it repeating. Whether stocking pays off depends on sell-through and reorder frequency, not total volume.

  1. Create your merchant account. Takes a few minutes, no commitment.
  2. Submit the integration application from inside the account — this is where you describe your suppliers, destinations and systems.
  3. The merchant console opens on approval, along with sandbox API keys.
