Multi-seller orders / one forwarding plan

Stop guessing what consolidation will change.

Model the parcels first, then use one China warehouse workflow to receive, inspect when requested, repack, quote and forward them. You buy from the sellers; WooliiPorter coordinates the parcel journey.

Interactive planning tool

Compare separate cartons with one proposed packed carton

The result helps you decide whether consolidation is worth exploring before the parcels arrive. It does not replace the final warehouse measurement or route quote.

Packing manifest / draft

Model a multi-seller consolidation

Proposed outer carton

Use a realistic packed-carton estimate. Fragile goods, original retail boxes and protective material may limit how small the final carton can be.

Actual weight total
2.50 kg
Separate chargeable weight
6.05 kg
Combined volumetric weight
6.27 kg
Combined chargeable weight
6.27 kg
This packing assumption does not reduce modeled chargeable weight. A direct shipment or different carton may be more practical.

Planning comparison only, using L × W × H ÷ 6000. Final dimensions, divisor, route acceptance and payable price come from warehouse packing and the live order quote.

Who this workflow is for

Collectors and repeat shoppers

Combine compatible figures, hobby parts, stationery, fashion or home-goods parcels from several sellers. Decide which retail boxes to keep before repacking.

Need: visibility before international dispatch

Small online sellers

Receive small batches or samples from multiple 1688 suppliers, check parcel quantities or condition when requested, then dispatch one organized shipment to your own business address.

Need: fewer fragmented supplier shipments

First-time China buyers

Use one China warehouse address, pre-alert each domestic tracking number, and see when the group is ready to quote instead of coordinating several international deliveries.

Need: a clear next step at every stage

From need to delivery

The platform coordinates the work; service providers perform the logistics.

Customers do not need to manage separate warehouse, customs, insurance and carrier contacts. WooliiPorter records the request, presents the available choices, and keeps the parcel status and exceptions in one place.

  1. 01

    Buy and pre-alert

Pay each seller directly, use your assigned warehouse address, and add every domestic tracking number.

  2. 02

    Receive and decide

The warehouse checks parcels into the account. Choose which parcels to wait for, inspect or consolidate.

  3. 03

    Pack and quote

The provider packs the selected parcels, records photos and dimensions, and the platform creates the current route quote.

  4. 04

    Dispatch and follow

After payment and carrier handoff, provider tracking events update the shipment until every outbound parcel is delivered.

Questions buyers ask before sending parcels

Does WooliiPorter buy from Chinese sellers for me?

No. You place and pay for the store order yourself. WooliiPorter receives the parcels sent to your assigned China warehouse, then organizes the forwarding workflow.

Can every parcel be combined?

Not always. Item compatibility, route rules, dimensions and protective-packing needs affect the final packing plan. The warehouse and service providers review the actual parcels before dispatch.

Is the planner a shipping quote?

No. It compares modeled chargeable weight using the dimensions you enter. The payable quote is created from the packed parcel measurements and current route data.

Can I request inspection or keep original packaging?

Yes. Use the order options and notes to state whether inspection, protective packing or original retail packaging matters. An inspection issue pauses packing until it is handled.
