WooliiPorterTaobao Consolidation Guide: Full Process from Order to Delivery

Shopping on Taobao and want to combine multiple packages into one shipment? This guide walks you through every step, from getting your free warehouse address to final delivery. WooliiPorter provides a free Shanghai warehouse address—just use it when you order on Taobao, and we'll receive, inspect, consolidate, and choose the best international shipping route for you.

Step 1: Sign Up and Get Your Warehouse Address

First, create an account on the WooliiPorter website. After registration, you'll receive a dedicated China warehouse address in Shanghai, including recipient name, phone number, and full address. Always use this exact address to ensure your packages are properly linked to your account.

  • Recipient Name: Usually includes your member ID (e.g., "WOOLII-12345"). Do not modify it.
  • Phone: A Chinese mobile number for courier contact—keep it reachable.
  • Address: WooliiPorter warehouse in Shanghai, including your member ID.

You can copy the complete address from our warehouse address template page and paste it directly into Taobao's address field.

Step 2: Place Orders on Taobao

Log in to your Taobao account, add items to your cart, and during checkout select or paste the WooliiPorter warehouse address. Pay the seller directly—we never handle your purchase payments. The seller will ship the items to our warehouse.

Step 3: Package Receipt and Inspection

Once packages arrive at our warehouse, we scan and register them into your account. You can see the status change to "Arrived" in your WooliiPorter dashboard under "My Packages." We offer free basic inspection: checking for visible damage and item count. If any issues arise (e.g., damaged packaging, missing items), we'll notify you via internal message.

Step 4: Consolidate Packages

When multiple packages show "Arrived," you can request consolidation. Select the packages you want to combine, and the system will automatically calculate the international shipping cost based on combined dimensions and weight. Consolidation saves money by sharing the same shipping box.

Step 5: Pay International Shipping

After consolidation, an international shipping invoice is generated. You can choose from various routes (air, sea, economy air, etc.) with different prices and delivery times. Use our shipping calculator to estimate fees. Once paid, the warehouse will pack and dispatch your shipment.

Step 6: Track and Receive

After dispatch, you'll receive an international tracking number. Track the shipment in your dashboard or on the carrier's website. Upon arrival in your destination country, customs clearance occurs, and the package is handed to a local carrier (e.g., USPS, Canada Post). Inspect your package and contact us if anything is wrong.

This process is transparent and secure—you never pay us for your purchases, only for international shipping. Sign up today and start consolidating your Taobao orders!
