Our story
WooliiPorter started with a frustration we knew firsthand. As cross-border shoppers ourselves — buying sneakers, streetwear and finds from Taobao, Weidian and Chinese marketplaces — we were tired of the same experience: parcels vanishing into a WeChat black box, messaging a support agent, waiting hours, and hoping someone typed the right tracking number back. Consolidation was a favor, not a system.
So we built the platform we wished existed. Every parcel that reaches our warehouse is scanned into a real system the moment it lands. Consolidation, dispatch, customs and delivery are tracked automatically and shown in your own dashboard. No more chasing “has my parcel arrived?” — the answer is always there.
Today WooliiPorter is focused on making receiving, inspection, consolidation, quoting and tracking visible in one workflow — with the same promise we started with: cross-border shipping you can actually see.
